You have too many things being pulled on one circuit, try plugging it in on a different curcuit. Most homes have at least two curcuits in their kitchen, so if your using a normal wall outlet, move it to one that is closer to your sink area.
your main circuit board is also your speed control the motor should not have a circuit board i don't believe. open your machine up all the way to the motor and cord reel. check voltage at cord reel should be 120 +/- 10. if voltage is correct then replace speed control board.
It should be connected in series with a circuit. Since a circuit breaker
acts as an "over current" switch it will be connected just an on/off
would so as to "open" the circuit during an over current condition. This
will remove power from the circuit.
ok take the screen and the play/back buttons off and gentely lift the screen dont pullit off completely it will never work again there is a cord or what ever connecting the screen to the cercuit board do not disconect it or put a rip in it while you are lifting the screen. once you do that you will see two screws take those two screws out put them to the side in a safe place (the screws i mean) once you do that lift the curcuit board up and there will be a cord connected to the battery and cercuit board disconnect the cord from the battery end. once you do that flip the curcuit board over you will see a peace of electrical tape pull it off then reconnect the battery and put it all back together. if you have any questions email me at [email protected]
There are solder in slow burn fuses located on the circuit board that can burn out if the pump gets clogged or broken and some other reasons that you can buy from Mouser electronics using p/n (mouser) 576-37416300410 or Mfg p/n 37416300410. The fuses are reddish, round cylinders about .5 inch high and wide. Anyone who can solder can easily fix this. Be sure to tag any connections that you remove although all you need to do to get the circuit board out to work on it is remove the small rubber hose and 2 electrical plugs connected to the board through the outside cover. There is paperwork inside the head of the machine (and there is the circuit board) with fault codes to help you determine what your specific problem could be but I had a no power problem recently and replacement of these 2 fuses fixed it. Let me know if you need further help! Good luck!
there be an internal fuse or reset button on or close to circuit board, you'll have to open it up to get at curcuit board, make sure you have power at wall receptical, cord isn't bad, unplug when you open it, be safe
Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.
i have just pulled the back by removing 5 or 6 screws. you can see the circuit board, and the power cord is soldered directly into the board. two wires, one black and one white. near the left back corner--- from the back. you can re solder it.
