Do you have any boot devices connected to it at all?
Are you using the correct memory for it?
Are you sure the ram is compatible with the mobo? Try taking all but one stick of RAM out and see if it still does it.
The long beeps tend to point to a RAM problem, or it's possible it can't "find" a
hard drive.
Some
motherboards support dual channel (you'll see different color slots),
and some don't. If you try to put the sticks in dual channel
configuration, and the
cpu or the motherboard doesn't support dual channel, you may experience this.
If you have different color slots, put one stick in one color slot, and another stick in the other color, or vice versa.
The manual "should" tell you the proper configuration for this, and may even tell you what the beeps stand for.
