I can remove the round, grey plastic filter, but not the bigger piece that surrounds it and the silver, metal rectangular thing it sits in. Really need to clean it out, but can't figure out how.

It's actually pretty easy, most auto parts stores sell these filters with a plastic piece, this piece helps you to remove the filter from the line. All filters will have an arrow for the direction the fuel flows, make sure you install in correct direction. Also note that some fuel lines will have a metal clip that surround the fuel line and the filter, this is used to secure the filter in place. Be safe when installing, some fuel will leak, so keep your face away enough to avoid getting in your eyes. The filters is usually located underneath behind the drivers side seat, once you've located it use the plastic piece around the fuel line and pull away from the filter. Some connectors will have a tab around the line that should pop up as you pull back on it, releasing that end of the filter, once you've removed the filter reverse your process and everything should click back in place, and make sure you secure the metal clips holding the filter and line in place
this is a long silver piece? it fits behind the plastic back panel of the freezer, the 'clover' shaped holes go onto a little plastic nib on the back of the freezer.it prevents heat from melting the back panel.
Mine looked the same but if it smells bad it is not soap. It needs to be cleaned.
1. pull the filters out: there is a basket to catch large food particles, pinch tabs together to remove. then there is a round wire filter, turn clock-wise or counter clock wise- till it lifts out. (there will be a plastic piece that runs around half of this filter. it will easily pop on and off the tabs.) this will allow you to remove the rectangular wire filter that sits flush with the bottom of your dishwasher.
2. soak and then scrub. I poured a half cup of bleach into the bottom of my dishwasher and allowed it to sit for a good 10+ minutes. mine was filled with some pretty cloudy and nasty smelling water. at the same time, I soaked all the filters in bleach water. you could use CLR, or any good house hold cleaner. then scrub the filters with and old kitchen sponge.
3. re-assemble. if you look at each piece there are arrows that should line up when you connect them. the plastic semi-circular piece even has an arrow that points up.
May just be in the connection between the two rollers. I know it looks like one roller, but it is actually two pieces. Remove the silver bottom plate, turn the two large plastic screws on the top ends of the roller assembly, they do not need to be removed, and the two end caps will pop off the roller. you have a short roller and a long one. Where they go together under that black round piece is where you will look, there is a silver shaft sticking out of both sides. then look in the ends of the rollers where they connect to the shaft and look for signs of wear, they are rectangular and sometime they will get rounded out and can not turn. Also at this time you can turn on the vacuum and make sure the motor is turning those shafts. If it is turning fast then those ends of the rollers that fit in there are probably worn or maybe just one of them like mine did. Parts are available from Dyson or maybe Sears etc. You may just want to get a whole new roller if this is the problem. The only other issues may be the motor or the gearing that is under that housing. You will have to remove the other clear plastic piece to access this area. Take care and good luck with it..
To replace the filter on your Honda CBR - Locate your air filter, usually found on top of the engine. On cars with carburetors it is in a round piece of metal about the size of a medium pizza; fuel-injected cars have square or rectangular air filter housings that may be off to the side of the engine. Unscrew or unclamp the top to the air filter housing. Lift out the air filter. It should be a round or rectangular filter made of paper or plastic, with a rubber rim.lightdeal
Removing the pearl’s cover would the best way to get access to its sensor and
clean it.
Carefully remove the silver metal ring
that holds the trackball component in its position. The silver ring which covers the trackball can easily be removed if you use a
small screwdriver to lift it at the outer side of the ring. Be careful
here! all parts have
very small plastic pieces which can break very easy. When the silver plastic
ring is removed, you will see the inner trackball component which can be removed
completely. The trackball component
itself can also be carved. For every direction the ball can roll, you’ll find
a sensor wheel. You'll probably find that that those wheels are dirty and need cleaning. Once this is done put everything back together to the place the pieces
came from and secure the trackball with the silver plastic ring you removed in
the first step.
You have to remove the two top screws to take off the filter (lint screen). At least they put in hand-tightening screws in the later models. Make sure you also alcohol-clean the needle ionizer in the front and the radio-wave (round) one on the side! It's crucial to keep the "FAST" dust clearing capabilities!
