if you are looking for AIO home center.........try and go to my computer(XP) or Computer(vista) and go to local disc C or hard disc C.....and go to programme files and go to Kodak folder and go to AIO folder if there is and you will find AIO home center......if not present......uninstall and reinstall the software........
To install the printhead for 5500 as well as all kodak AIO Printers, you need to put the printhead inside the carriage and then push the top of it with the sticker in it and then you should hear a snapping sound to confirm that it is properly placed.
Restart your computer. The AiO software will show "connected" on the main window, and you will be able to scan, corpy, etc. Once you close (x out) of the AiO software, then open it up again, the "disconnected" error shows up. The only way to use the AiO software once again is to (you guessed it) RESTART the computer. George Elvidge in NS
