What does this mean? My machine is very new & won't drain it won't go through a full cycle & won't spin properly now it's bleeping with this flashing up on it!
Turn off machine and check water waste filter to see if blocked should be at front at bottom of machine or at back,not sure this is the cure but hope it helps

“F02” (Drain Problem)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug
washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Is the drain hose kinked?
Is the drain hose frozen?
Is the drain hose clogged?
Is the drain hose more than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor?
After running this check list, plug back up and try a complete cycle using cold water and no detergent. Sudding can mimic a drainage issue as well. make sure you are using the correct HE detergent to prevent over sudding.

It will not spin with water in.
See if you can locate a filter, and clean same.

You need to replace the "clutch assembly" on the machine. Your problem most likely is with the the "brake cam" that comes in the kit. Over time, the brake cam becomes worn and will not disengage to allow the basket to spin and clutch will burn while attempting to run the spin cycle.
