"E5" - Fan Motor Problem: Occurs when the over current from the fan motor is detected. Solution: Verify Power (Voltage/Amps).
E5 - Error Code E5 Error code indicates that the water collection tank is full. To drain the water collection tank completely, leave the bottom drain cap off long enough to allow any residual water to drain out. Once the water tank is completely drained and no more water flows out, reinstall the cap.
I couldn't find any info on Bluestar air cons. An E8 error on some machines means the fan isn't working but on these ??? Possibly a sensor ?? Hard to say. Try doing a power reset. Switch off the power to the machine for 15 to 30 minutes and power up again.
