I'm going to assume this is an SMS GV640 bosch, E15 indicates there is water in the base under the tank and therefore a leak. Pull the front of the machine onto a towel and pivot the whole machine forward (ie lift the back off the floor at about 45 degrees). If you see water flow from under the machine, you have a leak. You may find the the machine will now seem to work, but you will have to trace the leak or it will activate the flood device and give you E15 again.
thank you don't save me a lots of money
i work on these machines everyday it worries me to see people tipping these forward or back you tip it too the left as you look at it this makes sure no water enters any electrical components leaks need tracing they leak for a reason the heater circuit needs to be dry and well earthed to avoid any potential shorting although the two pumps are dc not ac the heating circuit is full voltage and needs to be dry under load.

Thank you for your inquiry, friend!
I understand that you are looking for the meaning of "E15" on your Electrolux range. "E15" stands for ESEC self-test failed, which could either mean and issue within your UIB (User Interface Board) or relay board. I would recommend having a professional come out to diagnose and repair your appliance. Best of luck. -Matt
