Removing the screens bezels will void warantee In Saying that ,
Heres how I would do a screen replacement,
You will need a small philips screwdriver for this ...
Remove the power and battery To Remove the bezel from the front of the screen There should be 4 or 6 screws holding the cover on, Screws may be covered by rubber buttons, then remove the screws holding the LCD to the hinges' frame. Tilt forward your LCD and lie screen on your keyboard
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LCD panels have a row of IC chips at the top that produce the images on your LCD so do not touch or flex this area because it may produce lines on the LCD or kill it completely. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
botom of screen is inverter power and plug to screen top rear of LCD is video feed from motherboard, (above that are those important IC Chips- DONT TOUCH THE CHIPS) LCD wiil have tape fastening plug to the socket, Remove tape and this will expose the plug. Un plug from screens socket, Reseat plug back into socket, Put Tape back on to stop any unwanted movements,
Next step is to power up the LCD to test.
Rest LCD in back of lid and lie lid on table with base at 90 degrees for access to plug in AC power. do not use battery for this test. Turn ON power, If it starts up, then you have a running machine again, Shut down , unplug power and reassemble,
If LCD does not start then you need to replace the LCD panel and thats about all you can do,

Take out the material, take off the foot and needle. Stick your finger on the feed dogs and hand turn the hand wheel like sewing. Does the feed dog come slightly above the surface of the needle plate? If it does.... tighten the presser foot tension.
If it doesn't locate the switch that drops the feed dog. Make sure it's in up position.
If neither of those solutions work. Remove the needle plate and see if the feed dog or mechanism that runs it is broken
At first turn the machine off, and then press the start button, reverse button and auto lock button at the same time.
-Turn the machine back on while still pushing the three buttons. After the machine has powered on, release the buttons.
-Press the + sign at the bottom of the screen, continue pressing each + sign as it appears. The machine will display a "Test Complete" message, turn off your machine.
-Wait 5 to 10 seconds before powering your machine back on, your machine will run through a diagnostic test and repair any issues it finds.
If this doesn't work;
Have you set up communication is to the "COM Port" designation within Customizer/Digitizer.
Go to >ScanCard >Communication Settings > choose the COM Port you want to use (find out what COM port the cable's using by going to your Start/task Bar in Windows>Control Panel >System >Hardware >Device Manager >Ports (COM & LPT). There, you should be able to see what port your cable's using.
Hi!
Here is you solution.
1.Open your printer and clean it tightly.
2.And press Reset/Stop button.
3.If it doesn't work properly kindly check the error number which display on you printer LDC... and send back...
You can't turn it off on this model. If you don't want to use paper, that is fine, but just make sure you take out the ink roller so it doesn't build up ink in the printer. then you can run it without paper and it won't be damaged.
do a ohm reading on the element to see if it is not burnt out ...disconnect at least one of the leads to it before you test it so as not to get feed back through the system. if that is good them the control is bad the voltage your getting may be back feeding thought the circuit. unplug before you do the ohm test!!!
It means printer error. Usually after a paper jam. Clear any paper out and try turning off and on at the wall.

Oh dear. The IPL is the operating system, or firmware of the machine. It may end up needing a new IPL loaded into it. I have never had an IPL error without a good reason. However, you can try the basic things first. Open the cover on the side of the machine, and you will see the socket(s) for connecting PC, scanner etc. Also in there is a small hole (it may have a piece of tape over it). Inside the hole is a little button. Put something gently in the hole (while turned on), and press the button. The screen should change to show 'init' or '000000000' or both. Now, turn power off at wall. Turn the key to PROGRAM or PGM mode Hold down RECEIPT FEED. Turn on power at wall. When you see the display change to 'FFFFFFFFFFF' let go of RECEIPT FEED, then press SUBTOTAL. If the display does not change to 'FFFFFFFFFFF' then DO NOT press SUBTOTAL, just leave the machine, and message me again.
If all went well, turn back to REG mode, and try it.
