This should be a software problem.

Have you tried to set the reset the phone? Maybe you should reset and see if the programs that were unable to open would open.

But it does open after the reset, then your will need to flash the phone. The help of a phone expert would be needed to carry out this task.

you can not transfer the themes via pc....you need to download a special software to be able to do that.

For downloading pictures or mp3s from ur phone to computer, u need to have data cable with software it came with . Another alternative is to use memorycard reader. It is easy and fast method to download pictures or mp3 s in it. When u insert memory card is inserted in the card reader, is shows a new drive. In it , some folders are shown eg. sounds, videos, pictures, etc. U can download or transfer pics or sounds as u do in ur PC.
For software, it is not possible to download softwares like as in NOkia. U can download some of them from sites such as wapbu.com, getjar.com, etc. But u most run these sites from ur mobile (gprs service).

If the buzzing is coming from the keyboard then it's a known problem/feature. Got the same on mine when the keypad is lit up, so rag Motorola, who said sorry, known feature with that model.

There are tiny LEDs embedded into the pcb with the keys on it. Fixing it yourself is probably not possible as obtaining the tiny LEDs will be difficult and installing them nearly impossible. Cell phones are normally profitable for the service you pay and not for the purchase of the phone itself. It's more than likely if you take it back to the place you purchased it from, they'll exchange the phone and you'll receive a brand new or refurbished one.
