I have a video if it would help anyone determine the problem and diagnosis.

YOu have convergence issues. Ok first question. IN your setup menu do you have the convergence option/ if you DO not then it can be a specail fusable link. fl231 if you do. next question do the picture bow in at the middle. if you do then it possibly a convergence power supply issue. next if you go into setup convergence does the crosshairs adjust up or down left to right on both blue and red. I if so then theres is a chance that it can be a convergence adjusment or a amplifer problem AS always THIS SET CAN GENERATE LEATHAL 380 VOLTS EVEN WITH SET UPLUGED SO BE CAREFULL.

Yes this can be fixed. It is a common problem caused by a failure of the "convergence" circuit. Sometimes in this particular set, just a bad solder connection can cause this (though no shop will admit it). Other times its just a simple part on the Deflection board. The repair should run around $300

sounds like you have a convergence problem my friend, if you are handy you can Google a kit with all the parts for your set and save hundreds of bucks!!!!
