Wont even get to go to bios when you press f10
Hi, there is a common fault on this model, to do with a bga chip (ball grid array) just underneath the touchpad. try appling a small a mount of pressure with 2 fingers just above the touchpad on the plastic between the keyboard and touchpad while it is booting . if you get any further response from the laptop then this is your problem. i have this model and same problem occurred i took the unit apart and placed a rubber wedge ontop of the intel BGA chip. put it back together and with the pressure applied from screwing the case back together hey presto works fine. hope this helps.
by the way please dont attempt to open the laptop unless you are confident you can put it back together :-)
you ranked this as not helpful . like i said i would bet my house this is the problem. at least thanks for trying would have been more courteous you will find a better response to your problems if you are more polite. as i am unhelpful i wont be offering any more advice for your problem.
