This is normally caused by the ice sheet being too thick. if it is too thick it will not drop and break the ice into cubes. holding the curtain open and stopping the machine. when you bump it it lets the sheet drop
Follow the following link and make the cube size adjustment on page 11

Thank you for the response. The ice sheet will dump then the machine shuts off, the ice sheet was too thick but I adjusted it and it still shuts off after it dumps? Any additional help would bappreciated. e
Make sure the curtain is not sticking it must go back and close the sensor to restart the machine
I just noticed that it looks like it is sticking after it dumps, how can it be adjusted
Make sure the pins on the curtain are in the right place
Note: Pivot pins must be installed with metal edge in the thin groove of the pin. When installed, Pivot pins must be at the bottom of the Curtain Hanger Slot.
Dennis, Thank you for the help. The curtain pins were seated correctly. It looked like the reservoir was pushed up. I pulled down on the reservoir, it was about 1/8" too high. It seems to have worked. Is there any other adjustment on the reservoir tray? I can't find any adjustment.
Make sure screw on right is tight and the pump mounting bracket is screwed tight
Yes, everything seems to be tight

Clean the bin eyes found in the back of the ice machine where the shoot narrows. Look on the left and right sides of the unit, you will see plastic vanes that are pushed into rubber grommets. Just pull the eyes out and clean with ice machine cleaner.

Well it is making ice cubes alright just too thick right? I would give it a good cleaning with nickleguard and retry. If it is still doing the same thing I would replace the ice thickness switch.
