I think the DVD Player was made for Target, you might be able to go there and find one and get the info off the power supply (charger) and take the unit and the info to Radio Shack for a replacement. If they can not help try calling MCM Electronics at 1-800-543-4330

They responded within 1 day and gave me the instructions as to how to order one from them and the price ($20) etc. They require a money order sent to the address below.
