Technician installed H20-600 unit at daughers home yesterday. There is no signal, aparently. The system went through a search but found no satellites. Daughter and wife are not technicians. Also, the company can not provide a tech to come back until sometime next week. I am about 1800 miles away and trying to resolve their issues over the phone. I cant locate any decent troubleshooting guides. This is a HUGE PAIN IN THE A*************!

All I found was A 100 page printout on PDF File eventually that looks the same as the pages in the book that came with Direct TV and really no instructions on fixing format problems when they get ouy of sync.
