SOURCE: Frigidaire Washer - pressure sensor
I WOULD SAY REPLACE THE PRESSURE SENSOR IF BOTH CONTROL BOARDS HAVE BEEN REPLACED
THE MOST ECONOMICAL PART ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTROL BOARDS ESPECIALLY AFTER HAVING ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS IS MORE THAN LIKELY THE PRESSURE SENSOR it may have BLOWN ALSO

SOURCE: Washer not spinning
You're problem is probably the door latch assembly. This is a common problem on Frigidaire front load washers. You can find the part at your local appliance parts suppliers. If the door latch assembly is faulty, the washer will run through all of its normal cycles, but will not spin. Hope this fixes the problem for you.
SOURCE: Affinity front loader ATF7000FGO E23 ERROR
E23 error code means the drain pump relay on the control board failed or wire off pump. You already replaced control board so check the wire at the pump and make sure it's secure.

Yes, the original issue was the control from the beginning. the control is damaged and it cannot register the latch at this point. this is necessary and , it will fix the issue.
Thank you for your inquiry, Larry!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer is humming when you attempt to start a cycle. This could be a possible issue with door latch or control board. Does the washer display any error codes? I would recommend checking for any damages or cracks along the door strike or door latch that could cause the washer to not show a connection between the two. If there is no damage, you would need to disassemble your washer and test out the control panel and door latch. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
I appreciate your post, friend!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer, GLTF2940FS1, stopped with 1 minute left in your cycle. This could be a potential issue with your door latch, control board, or a miscommunication within your washer. I would recommend a reset on your washer and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least ten minutes. If that does help correct your issue you may need to consult with a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This may help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
Hey friend, thanks for your inquiry!
I see that your Frigidaire washer, GLTF2940FS1, is stopping multiple times within the cycle. It sounds like a potential issue with your control panel of door latch assembly. You should perform a reset on your appliance by unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes.
If that does not help correct the issue I would advise you to seek technical assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. This would help avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Best of luck! -Matt
