How do i power my passbook(we)

go devices and printers and trouble shoot it by right clicking mouse.

The best thing to do is:
On your Mac, go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > Select the WD Passport Drive > Erase >
Format as Mac OS X Extended (Journaled) Give it a name
Then press erase.
THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA FROM THE DRIVE - but it should fix the issue.

Open "My Computer".
Right-click on the icon for the drive.
Choose FORMAT.
Click OK to proceed.

IF PLUGGED INTO EXT. CORD, REMOVE AND PLUG INTO WALL OUTLET. IF THIS DOESN'T HELP REPLACE POWER SUPPLY.

You might be able to purchase another case from www.geeks.com.
They have both 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch hard drive cases.

If you can click on the WD320 drive in Computer, just delete whatever it is you don't want to keep. You'll have a clean laptop and a clean Ext Drive.

90% of the time this is a power problem. The USB port on the computer can not supply enough watts. Use an external USB hub that has a 5V power supply.
