If you look at the meter, the charge meter of 100% is slightly above the 2 amp mark so it is confusing. because it says the charge represents the amont charged and the amp meter shows when there is no draw on the charger. so if the battery shows 2.5 amp on the amp meter, it's showing 100% charged. but yet they say it should go to zero on the amp meter, which would mean about 150% charged. i think everyone is scared of blowing up or damaging their batteries because the instructions manual is quite contradictory and confusing. well apparantly, they have several versions of this model to make it more confusing, but here's a pic of what i have.
