Hi, there are two areas to view; the first, go to and Type in the SearchwindowBluetooth, next if you have the "Toshiba Application and Installer software?" Type: toshiba, if the (TAI) software appear in the search, open and "Install" Bluetooth device. If the solution helped, "rating it is appreciated, thanks"
“To locate the "Ethernet Drivers, "install, "update, and "Apply configurations.” Go to, Control Panel, select “Hardware and Sound” or select Device Manager, Next, click to open Network Adapters (Properties), perform all the steps to “reinstall Ethernet Drivers.” “Toggle through the categories. In the Advanced (block) check to see if, “Device” is (Enabled)?” “ Apply" to all, and click OK! Restarting the Computer finalize, and identify changes made to configurations. “I hope this helps Ya”

You can download any/all the Windows XP or Vista device drivers for your model laptop from the Toshiba WEB site from their download page. Make sure you enter the model of your laptop so you can get the correct drivers. Use this link :-. http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp#
I have often done this. Take a flash drive over to the public library. Download the drivers and same them on your flash drive. Bring them back to your machine and save them in a conveinent place i.e. My Documents/your name/drivers. Then reinstall them. In my shop we use what's called a dube device. This allows us to download using a USB port. Not everyone has access to this technolgy. The library should work fine.
You can remove the cmos battery (small round battery on the motherboard) for about 45 min and the password should be cleared.
Bios will be resetted to default settings.
