If Hilti tells you that they can't repair it I don't know of any source. You might check your local phone book under tools/repair for a repair shop but not too many people work on Hilti products. Have you tried calling their technical service/customer service also, 1-800-879-8000. That would be the final disposition I would think. Good luck
There are no schematics for the 5A charger. Those were not serviced by Hilti. If they were bad then they just replaced the whole unit. If your charger has no power at all there is a fuse inside that you can replace. Other than the cord that is about it. I think you can still get a charger from Hilti. 1-800-879-8000
Go to Hilti.com and then tech service open and scroll down to find the type of tool and then the model number and you can download a schematic for this. Let me know if you still need help
If you have the powder actuated tool it is the piston position #6. Go to Hilti.com and after going thru the prompts you can download a copy of the schematic. Let me know if you need more help. If I have helped you on this would you please rate the response accordingly and Thank you.
Sounds like it needs new brushes. Schematics can be found on hilti.com. tech support - rotary hammers/ combi. Look up model number. Some of the older stuff is obsolete. Should find info there. Please rate me
