how will you distingguish if your nokia phones problem is LCD or corrupted software if it is in white scrren or blue screen status?

1.removed sim card 2,dial 112 or 117 ,it defends in your country if what is the emergency hotline.. 3..if you hear something from an operator ,it is display problem...change a new one comes from working unit ,if still no display it must be display driver (a small chips that makes lcd display functioning).. 4..if you hear nothing ,its your phone software isa the problem...
hi , replace your LCD is the best solution to your problem...but before you do that ,test your phone like this maybe its software problem...dial 112 or any emergency number in your location...if you hear a voice of a operator its is lcd problem ...but if you wont connect to the operator or you hear nothing its LCD or display problem...
White screen are symptoms for Contact retailer. try to call 112 (emergency call) if its working, meaning it's LCD problem. If 112 working try to clean the terminal of LCD. IF this doesn't work consider replacing it.

Tray to make an emergency call like diall 112 or 911 if works it means your phone hardware (engine) or software just fine.in that case the problem are on display.usually the problem are from rubber wire (flexyble cable) that connecting between PCB (engine) with up board like screen,ear phone etc.or the screen (LCD) it self. first, tray to change the flexble cabe.I hope it helps.
