I have changed the drum and cleared counter. I cannot send anything, it will not even take it into memory -just shows FAX RESERVED #... in window. Also will not print what has been received.

Open the front panel.Press and hold the clear button.When "Drum replaced"shows on the lcd panel select yes.The message will be reset.If you experiece any lines in the future you will have to replace the drum catridge.
You may need to reset some sort of timer or counter. This kind of information can be found in the owners manual (aka users guide).
1 Wait until the time, date, and answering mode appear on the display. Then press the Select Function key. 2 Press the 7/Counter Display One-Touch key. The display shows DRUM COUNT. 3 Press the Yes § key to clear the image drum unit counter. 4 Press the Select Function key to finish.

Reset of the drum counter Open the front cover. Press the Options key on the control panel. The display will show "REPLACE DRUM - 1.YES 2.NO". Press 1 to reset the drum count. Close the front cover.
