When I first got the laptop back in september the scroll bar on the touch pad of my Laptop worked just fine. In december the hard drive of my laptop failed making me have to send it in to get repairs and now that it is back in working order the scroll bar on the touch pad does not work. Any Ideas
Try reinstalling the drivers

Thank you mewms_14904. The problem was the F key. In my case it was F7 that enables and disables the glide pad of my notebook.By pressing fn key and then F7 solved my case.
