The plug is either not getting power or is broken or dirty. Test to see which. Put meter leads from a multimeter into the socket and see if you get any voltage. Turn off the power to the stove and open the back panel and after turning power back on, carefully test again with the multimeter. If no power is coming to the socket, trace the wire to see if it is connected to a power source. If it is then change the socket.
Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
