FIRST YOU NEED TO KNOW JUST HOW THE FAN WORKS, DOES IT WORK OFF OF ELECTRICITY OR IS THERE A COMPUTER CHIP IT WORKS OFF OF. DOSE IT WORK OFF OF JUST A SWITCH. LOOK UP ON LINE TO FIND A MANUAL FOR A FISSER & PAYKEL B1602CTE IT MAY TELL YOU WHY IT IS NOT WORKING.

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.

If the clock is not working, then that is the reason the main oven and fan are not working, as they go through the clock timer..
You need to get the clock working for the oven to work.

The lower burner in the top oven does not work, although the broiler does work. The broiler and lower burner in the bottom over both work. Could it be the burner element or would it be the relay board ?

i have a magic chef gas range. broiler work, burners work, fan works when you turn the oven on, but oven does not get hot. could it be the electronic ignitor or does even have one.

ok an oven won't work withought the time set i am not sure which one you have but usually if you press all the buttons together the oven will then work

The temperature sensor is bad. The broil element will work even if the temp sensor is bad but the bake element will not. If you measure the resistance across the contacts on the sensor, it should be around 20 ohms, if it is much higher (1000+), then it is bad and should be replaced. It is just as easy to replace as the elements and looks like a small pencil sized rod in the inside top of the oven. Let me know how this works out for you.
