As of yesterday the screen on my sanza goes blank and fades away or it lets you get into the song list and scroll through it but when you select a song and press play either it resets itself or the screen just fades away and stays lit until the battery dies needless to say you get no audio what so ever. Any solutions???
It sounds like you need to get a new battery. Your current battery might be strong enough to light the screen but not strong enough to launch the song. Thats only thing i can think of. Hope this helps! :-) please tell me if it does!

A) Are you using the correct scroll action - this device scrolls by twistin the circle control around (no pressing down) or B) Backup your muic. Do a factory reset. Test. Then probably do a software update
but instead of Sanza Media Converter you need Media Converter for Philips 1) download "Media Converter for Philips" 2) install the download 3) sync your Philips gogear with your computer 4) load "Media Converter for Philips" 5) Drag videos to the converter 6) click convert
the videos will automatically be transferred to your gogear in from there
Okay are you talking about the internal memory or the SD disc? If it is internal memory you could try a reset = Press and hold for 20 seconds the ON and PLAY (>||) buttons at the
same time. or If it is the SD did you upgrade your Sanza to support Slot Radio? Slot radio does not use a file structure supported by Windows computer system.
