Are you using the special heavy duty bulbs required for this model.

That particular socket may have a bad bulb contact or some loose wiring, which causes the bulb to blow. Unplug the lighting part of the range, remove the bulb and with a flash light inspect the interior of the bulb holder. If it appears corroded or dirty, clean it with a Q Tip sprayed lightly with WD40. Also, gently shake the holder if you can, to determine if it is loose. If it's loose, it should be replaced. Also, when you replace bulbs, make sure you are using ones that are designated as Appliance Bulbs. They can withstand heat and cold better than regular household bulbs.

Cleanwater also has them. Clean them with rubbing alcohol, do not let your fingers touch the bulbs. And check your 24V ac adapter. If it starts going you will get a power light but the other lights will come and go. I have one and the bulbs are nearing the end of life, not a cheap fix.

If you have a thermocouple on it, it is faulty.It is a copper lead that runs along side of the pilot tube. When working right, the gas filled bulb produces what we call Milivolts. These volts are what keeps the pilot on at the gas valve.Replace this pilot thermocouple or generator, and you will be good.

No. You have a bad capacitor/s on the monitor's power board suggest replacing with new ones. Here is what a blown capacitor looks like. If you are comfortable fixing this yourself, good, you will save money this way. If it isn't a bad cap then it is probably a bad IC.
Notice the two round things side by side. The one on the left is blown.
