Call apple and explain this, cause it sounds like a factory glitch and there's no fixing it except through Apple

Try this, turn phone on holding power and home at same time. Release power button after 10 seconds and continue holding home for another 30 seconds. The phone should boot into DFU recovery mode, but screen may stay blank. Plug into iTunes it will detect phone as being in recovery mode and it will offer to restore it for you. Once done restore your last back up in iTunes and you are good to go.

try changing the battery, most defects of china phones are the batteries. they don't last long because those are not really original batteries but only class A batteries.
But I am not really sure if you will be able to find a replacement battery in your area but usually china phones includes 2 batteries.

Another thing, try resitting your screen wires. #1, #2, and #3. Maybe that will work.

Take it to the apple store. Even if it is not under warranty the guys at the genius bar should be able to fix it.

Hmm. I've been browsing the net for iphone problems (courtesy of my own) and i remember reading something about this. Look up the Apple website, especially the discussion forums. You might find something there.

In the meantime, try restarting your phone. For that, press both the top on/off button and the Home button together and keep holding them down. Your screen will go blank but keep holding them and the phone will restart.

If this doens't fix things, look up other answers. You might have to restore your phone, like I had to, You should be able to find the procedure to restore easily on the Apple website.

try resetting it by holding both the power button and home button at the same time. Wait until you see the apple logo appear before releasing both buttons
also make sure that it is charged

Just call 1-800-my iphone and ask to send it in for repair... before you send it in though take out your sim card (on the top) and sync your phone (if you can). When you send in your phone they will most likely totally wipe it out so if you dont sync it you will loss whatever you have changed or added since your last sync.

another thing i do is buy a cheap GoPhone for like 30 bucks and turn call forwarding on my iphone so that while my phone is being serviced all of my calls go to my GoPhone
