Try trueswitch.com It does most of the major isps, verizon comcast att it will copy your adress book to new email and send everyone a generic email with new email address will need to set up new email 1st cause it will ask email and passwords for both accounts it will forward all emails for 30 days (if old email still active) and even cancel the old email for you after 30 days

Hi,
Type www.routerlogin.com into the internet url address bar. This will take you to your router's domain page. From there, Restore Factory Settings. Wait until the process has completed and it says you can connect to the internet. Then go to Security menu and enable WEP or WPA and it'll ask you to put a new password in.
Write it down somewhere safe!

You'll have to contact yahoo and get your password reset, you may just have to answer some questions based on your date of birth and your surname, go to the yahoo accounts page and there should be some option simular to "forgotten my password" or "reset my password"

From what I am understanding it sounds that you forgot your Network Key. You can access this information from the Router Administrator Page.
You would need to view your Router IP address.
You can gain this information by going to Start, Run, and type in cmd. Once the Command Prompt opens please type in ipconfig /all.
The IP address that displays in your DNS Server Field is your Router IP.
You need to type this address in your address bar of your Browser. This address should appear as 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x unless this information has been changed
Depending on the type of router you will need to locate the Wireless Settings tab. Your Wireless Password will be in the WPA Field.
If you are unable to login to your router to locate this information, you are able to reset this to the Factory Default by inserting a toothpick, paper clip, hair pin into the reset whole on the back of the router for 10 seconds. This information will be reset to default. I hope this helped.
