Hoveround won't go forward

I tried to go forward on the lawn, forward stopped and now will only go backward. Is there a fuse or a reset that has tripped in case of too much resistance with forward?

Reasons Riding Lawn Mower Won Go Forward or Reverse Hunker

If this doesn't help, you might try posting the query with the Airens model number. There might be a service manual available, as well.

The car won't go forward or backward

Lift up all the wheels one by one, rotate each wheel and check which wheel resists to rotate. Disassemble the jammed wheel and carefully examine to see why is it so.
Grease the caliper pins, free up the pistons and reset the brake components.

Can anyone help? My Cub Cadet LT1045 won't move (foward/backward).

Hi, check that the drive belt, pulleys and shafts are all ok and that they are actually driving the transmission, hopefully you will see the problem. If the transmission is driving ok and the fwd and reverse lever is functioning as you said, the transmission may have failed. Also check the hydro release lever is functioning. Regards Phil.

Gt 245 lawn tractor won't go forward or backward

Check the drive belts first. and make sure the hydro release lever is in the correct position. If it is not- you can push the lawn tractor and have the rear wheels turn. It sometimes doubles as a "Forward" "Neutral" "Reverse" lever on other brands of lawn tractor.

The belts should be in their guides and pulley grooves- check to make sure it does not have a hidden break by having the engine off, and pulling on the belt.

Lastly, check to make sure the hydro itself is not out of oil or low on oil. It uses low viscosity "HyGard" oil. Capacity if you drain the old oil out and refill is 4.6 quarts. Look for a leak if the level is low.

If it still does not move, make sure the levers are set so you are in forward motion positions, and push- if the rear wheels move there is a problem in the hydro unit.

2005 ford 500 seat won't go forward, but will go up and down and lean back don't have manual to check right fuse.

I don't know for sure about the Ford 500 but in general the manufacturers don't have a lot of room for extra fuses and wires so probably only one fuse goes to the seat or seats. I would find the fuse box and hopefully the fuses are all labeled.

I assume the seat at one time went forward and backward. What can stop it from doing this is something like a rock getting in the gear and stopping the motor from moving or maybe just dying on its own. It could instead be a wire or connector.

I hope this helps.
