The batteries in the controller are fresh. Before this problem, the helicopter was having trouble staying on. The blue lights flash, and I would have to wiggle the switch to keep it on. If it's a connection problem I could solder it back, but I would need instructions.
I had the same problem with my night hunter Rc hc . And indeed it was a solder joint. I drew diagrams of my hc and noted the position, color, and size of the screws that I removed. Note that I drew additional diagrams after every layer I removed and I numbered the pages so I knew in what order I did this disassembley. I tracked down the wires and found the problem. I didn't even add solder, rather I just reheated the origional solder and let it cool around the wire. ( I also had the wire held in place via alligator clamp. And I also cut the end off the wire and stripped it to expose a clean portion suitable for solder.
