Microwave power out but oven OK
When a microwave is dead, the most common causes are a blown fuse, or a blown thermostat / thermal cutout / TCO on the magnetron or on top of the oven cavity.
You can find helpful
exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model
number here.
Accessing the oven cavity thermostat for testing and possible
replacement will require you to remove the oven from the wall and take
off the outer cover.
If
so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have
two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.
You can

instructions here.

SOURCE: oven combo, oven works but the micro has no power
The fix for my problem was to remove the oven/microwave combo unit, and press the reset button on the back of the microwave. Oh yeah, and to write a $75 check for a 10 minute service call.
You want to try the fix for yourself? You have to remove all of the face screws holding the unit in place. There are 4 on the microwave front and 6 in the oven, 3 down each side, inside the lip where the door is. You must remove the door to get to the bottom ones. You don't have to remove the screws holding the plastic insert in place between the micro & oven, but you might want to remove the metal lip on the bottom of the oven to help prevent scratches to the cabinet. After that's done, get a helper and pull the unit most of the way out, then rotate a little to the left. That will expose the reset button on the back, right side of the microwave.

Assuming the turntable is working and the power at the outlet is correct (110 to 125VAC) then you almost certainly have a failing magnetron.
If you or someone you know
decide to look into it, we have critical safety information and
disassembly information at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa.
Here are some links you or someone you know can use (in order given) for test help, but read the safety warnings first: http://www.gallawa.com/microtech/mag_test.html (continuity can be good even though it is bad!)
You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.
There
should also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.
