I found the manual for the Ryobi AP-10 planer here: http://attometer.com/pdf/20100424_Ryobi%20planer%20AP-10%20manual.pdf . I could download/save the file using Adobe Reader or the Chrome PDF extension.

I have gotten Ryobi parts from ereplacementparts.com and the price is good, but good luck getting them from overseas before 3 months...

The schematic should show you what you need to remove to get to the part you need to replace. Good luck.
