There is no reset button on a watch. Removing the battery does a sort of reset back to zero.
No manual exists for this watch, but all digital chronographs are the same, so Google by the number of buttons it has '4 button chronograph instructions'. The Seiko site is good.
No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same.

What resolution the video? HD, 3D? Read the module number on the back of the watch. It is a 4digit number near the periphery of the circles. Visit the Casio worldwide site and download the manual for that module. Read the instruction
I couldn't find an online documentation of the manual you are looking. But I did find instructions with a video on how to set the date/time of your watch here:
Enter your calibre code (its on the back of your watch, it will explain which numbers to you on the website), you'll then be able to download an instruction manual for your watch, this will detail how to adjust hands to their corect starting position :)
