I have now had two Panasonicrecorders
3 years apart and both have gone down with this same fault.
It's a shame as they are a fantastic recorder, I would have thought Panasonic
would have put this right by now. It now 5 years on since I bought my
first one and it sounds as if they still have the same fault.
Why the hell can't they just fit a standard computer dvd drive that’s cheap to
replace, and not this abortion they fit.
I was looking on E-bay for Panasonic recorders that where faulty and found
around twenty.
ALL WITH THE SAME FAULT
"DVD drive faulty"
I’m now looking for a new one but don’t know what to do as I
have a ton of discs that need to be finalized, may just forget about them and
keep clear of Panasonic in future.
