Lost instructions to set my solo digital watch

I bought a cheap digital sports watch with the rubber/or plastic strap from shoppers drug mart and I set the watch according to the instructions when first bought but when the time changed I couldn't find the instructions and haven't been able to use the watch since, left buttons are ''light' and ''mode'' right are ''start'' and ''reset''

I think I have the same watch and was just looking here to see if I could find how to stop the alarm going off every hour! However, I think I do know how to change the time: press the mode button three times (the first one brings up something like the stopwatch, the second brings up what may be an alarm time). On the third press you should get the time appearuing with the seconds flashing on the far right of the display. You can then change the second by pressing the"start" button. To change the minutes or hours, oress the "reset" button until they start flashing and use the start button again. pressing the reset button again will bring up the date to change. keep pressing until nothing is flashing any more and poress mode and it should bring you back to the current time. hope you can follow this and it works!

Stop Solo Digital watch beeping every hour:

1 - Press and Hold RESET button
--- (keep holding while doing step two) ---

2 - Press START and you should notice the left circular display (with the alarm image) lose it's ring of blocks.

--- It should also beep once to indicate the change. ---

That should be it.
This was done with a black and gray Solo™ 30m Water Resist Digital Watch

Solution 3 is wrong, here is the correct solution:

        Hold down RESET

Keep RESET held and press MODE

        Let go of buttons

This will remove the block on the Day of the Week dial on the right of the watch

Once the blocks disappear, the watch will stop beeping every hour.

You should be able to hold down the reset button until the numbers start blinking. once they start you push the one on the same side (usually) to change the number. after you set it then push the reset again to stop blinking.
