When i place under light source it ticks twice per second, ive had it in the window and it ticks and stops soon as i take it away,

I have a similar solar modle Ive had since 1995 , about 4 years ago it started loosing time and the second hand started double ticking. I sat it down out side on a cool summer day for the hole day in the bright sun and never have had a problem since. knock on wood! It was also runover by a car last year and still works good. I wont ever get ride of it. Hopefully this helps u guys out

Hope this will helped you fixing the time of your Citezen divers watch. Just foolow the instruction below.
Change your Citizen watch's time zone without actually moving the clock hands. On the digital display, change the city that displays on the watch, which sets the time to the different time zone. The Citizen also has a calendar, timer, chronograph and LED lights. Since it is an Eco Drive watch, it is solar powered so you never have to replace the batteries unless its backup power source dies.

Instructions
Pull the setting knob (crown) out one "tick" for setting mode.
Set the mode hand to "WT-S."
Pull the crown out one more "tick."
Press the top button on the right side of the watch for the city setting mode.
Press the lower button on the right side to "SET" the city.
Turn the crown to select a different city, which changes the time zone.
Push the crown all the way back in to finish setting the time.
