Took the hood part off and the incline motor works and moves but it's not moving the belt to make the treadmill move. Belt is on and can manually move
1) LUBE the deck belt, you have a WORN deck belt, this happen because you didnot lube according with the schedule maintenance
29 LUBE the rollers bearing too
3) Test the drive belt motor, for worn or crack, or adjust if is possible
4) Test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
5) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
God bless you

Could be. If you had to take it apart, I would definately check the wire harness connection. Also if there are bolts that were removed, check to make sure none of those pinched the harness when reassembling.

Testimonial: "I agree. The problem is that it requires servicing. My (cheap) fix is just to use it without changing incline! "

It sounds like you have a bearing failing, either in the front roller or the motor. If it is the front roller it will be a dull "Clicking" noise, if its the drive motor it will be a growl noise. The growl will be so loud at top speed you wont be able to even talk over the noise. Remove the motor hood and this will help you determine the culprit.
