check and make sure both fans are working properly. you can do this by jumping it directly to the battery and see if it comes on if it doesn't the fans need to be replaced.

a couple things should be checked but the thermostat should be the problem if not check all hoses for blockages or the actual radiator. you have tackled the most expensive part of the cooling system already so start with the cheapest part and most prone to failure the thermostat.
these are codes you need a call the dealer talk to service and give them the codes they should tell you these problems also you can buy the boodk from the parts store and look for these cods

you should never cut the wires on your factory harness... metra and other companys have harnesses that fit your car and would provide you with a correct wire color code you need to hook up a aftermarket stereo keep that in mind but i will post the wire diagram u are looking for
