Three year old KF48 in good condition but will not get into "Freeze" mode.
Unplug the fridge overnight and defrost it completely. Ensure the thermostat is properly set.
If it does not restart normal function after you plug back, then there may be a fault concerning the digital control, in that case call the number listed on the owner manual.
As suggested try first unplugging the frdge for a while, if it does not work, there are several possible faults, concerning the digital control board and other parts that can cause this.
I do not have schematics for commercial units of this kind, call Beverage Air at 1-800-684-1199 from the USA or 1-864-582-8111 for areas outside of the United States
Well, I have some, I only told you I do not have schematics. I guess
there are differences in part locations between this model, and the Jenn Air, Arctic and similar that I
have seen.
Check my curriculum.
By the way, since you do not appreciate my help I wont comment anymore.
Goodbye and thanks.
I will post a last comment,
this is a three years old fridge, the compressor should still have life, but if it is failing the unit won't get on freeze mode.
I think that also a failing thermostat can prevent the unit getting to low temperatures.
An inefficient evap. system can also prevent the unit from entering "freeze mode".
This seller has all the parts for Beverage Airs.
They can also provide you with more specific advise by Email, or Phone.
As usually, all repairs must be done by qualified personell.
If you supply model number I can see if schematics are available.
I hope this comment had been of some help.
Regards.

Thanks for trying. I am aware I can call the number in the service manual.
Is there someone else who has more Commercial Freezer experience rather than consumer electronics?
