I would just do a restart on it. You could also put it in airplane mode then back to service. If that fails go to settings and then service providers and make sure your phone is not switched to another carrier.
If it's an old car it will be the speedo cable. If its modern it will be a software issue...
Unless ofcourse the actual dial is busted...!
Or Email customer services for that make of car...
You probably can't because it looks like it does not have Bluetooth. If I am wrong and it does, look in the phones settings menu for Bluetooth pairing.

Well there are only two reasons that you would post this same question over and over again asking for a free "unlock code" for your Blackberry. Either you are not smart enough to contact your phone service provider (who would be very well equipped to help you).
OR
The Blackberry does not belong to you and therefore you cannot contact the phone service provider without getting busted out.
Either way, my answer is the same... NO! I do not contact FixYa users via Email.
(If you read the user agreement you will find that this is against the rules)
This means you have no wiring set up. To find out if your car was prewired, go to the Jaguar website and email them your VIN number and your request for info, they will look it up and email you back within about a day or two and tell you if the car was prewired for the bluetooth. If it was, you can get the bluetooth up (very expensive) and if not prewired, I am afraid you are TOTALLY out of luck with your current car. The manual does not discuss th "no phone" message that is only covered in the Bluetooth manual. Does not matter if it is touchscreen or not.
