I bought this and no instructions came inside. Do they Have a website. It works but everytime someone with the same doorbell on my block which is 3 has their bell rung so does mine. Is there a way to switch channel for frequency? I thought that they would have a number on a website for customer service
Yes, there is a way to change the security code. See FAQ here:

click on "how can I change the security code."
Throw it away and by Ring Video Doorbell or Ring Pro. These two are the only models worth buying.

Do you have a transformer with it? Apparently this doorbell can operate on AC or DC (3-6VDC or 8-16VAC). The usual method is to supply 110 VAC to a transformer with an output of about 16VAC. ------ BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING WHEN DEALING WITH 110VAC. HAVE A CAPABLE ADULT HELP YOU WITH THIS! ------- Connect one of the two outputs from the transformer to one of the terminals on the bell (this might be labeled COMMON) The other output from the transformer will go to your handheld lead (like in the Operation game). Connect a lead from your patient (as in the Operations game) to a terminal on the bell which is probably labeled for AC.
