I have an GE washer with a Kingston 175D2307-P013 timer.
I had a problem with the knob and I ended up opening the timer. I could fix the knob problem but after assembling the gears and the case again, the machine is not working properly. I need help obout how to assemble the timer.
Thank you

If it no longer clicks, the timer assembly will need to be replaced. If just the knob broke off, the timer should be good.

Is your washer a GE Profile Harmony? Do you want to know how to take the top off or the top of the agitor (pulsator)? The top of the washer has four screws in the back top behind the screen once you unscrew them the front of the washer has two clips one on each side and you have to kinda tap it with your palm to get them to pop.

It sounds like the only thing you are missing is the circlip to hold the whole lot together.
With it de assembled you should see a cut out part on the timer stem that's where the circlip goes when it's all back together

hi. I was also searching for the same part and got the same result; nooo, the unit is smaller and only has spots for two knobs not four.
have you looked at this site? https://www.geapplianceparts.com/GEApplianceParts/Dispatcher?REQUEST=PARTSRESULTS&AppliancePart=Washers and Dryers_Miscellaneous .... if that link doesn't work try this and navigate thru it.
There is a guy who lives down the street from me who owns an electronics repair shop; I will be taking my control assembly to him. I'll let you know what he says. On my circuit board, there is a "brown" solder joint; all others are the normal silver color. Hopefully the guy can fix the component that hooks up to the solder connection (it's a relay).
I've been having trouble w my washer (same model as yours) for a couple months ~ I've troubleshooted everything!!!
Hopefully we don't have to end up buying new washers!! take care. (I'll let you know what my neighbor says, too ... thx)

Me too. Same timer. Your question implies that my hunch is correct: alignment of the grooves inside the timer is critical. I removed and disassembled the timer in the course of diagnosing what turned out to be a severed lead to the switch that disables the agitator when the lid is open. I fixed that, and the wash cycle that was interrupted when the lead broke ran to completion, but now the washer won't go through another cycle. I am given to understand that they will rebuild the timer for $60. Good luck!
