Hi, I just connected my PC to the Plasma with a 10M cable 15pin VGA D15 made by concord. Part no WQ7258 when I boot the Pc the signal is picked by the plasma and the screen appears on the RG input screen. After about 30 seconds or so the signal is lost then it comes back on for a few seconds showing the window bar as the PC boots up then the signal is lost again and the plasma displays NO SIGNAL ON THE SCREEN. Is there anything I can do to keep the signal displayed? The cable is brand new. Regards DarrellB
I think the problem is the screen resolution and size of your pc is not matching the resolution size of your tv or is not compatable at the size you have it on or you may have to change to 4:3 ratio from widescreen. In your manual it will tell you the resolution sizes that you tv uses. You would probably be better also using the VGA to DVI lead, thats if it came with the tv (it does in the UK) as it supports higher wide screen resolution, whereas VGA will only support 1024 x 768 or there abouts.

thanks for that, I will look at buying such a cable soon!
I have LG 50PC55 50 inch plasma, and when I conect it via 15pin D-sub cable to my computer, the TV can not find any signal. Computer recognizes TV's chipset, screen resolutions and refresh rates, but TV does not find any signal from computer. If I conect the same computer with the same setings to eg. Sony or Philips LCD or plasma TV, it immediately gets the signal and shows picture. Is there any seting in TV's service menu where I can activate VGA input?
