hi Robert.
i can not find a manual for this watch,but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.

While holding the light button on press the mode button once. Changing the time process will then begin.

The instructions are a bit hazy but basically you have to press the mode button 3 times, the reset button to get to what you want to change, and then the start button as many times as needed to change it to what you want. I finally corrected my watch time and date using it. Thankfully!

My watch is OTS T6320G ,kindly advise as I want to fix time and date
