Small blower motor? Are you talking about the combustion blower if so then check your vents for blockage.. if the vents are blocked won't work... if it has a control board init it will give you a diagnostic code. Flashing light on the board... count the flashes and look up the fault on the chart in your owners manual ot on the furnace door..

SOURCE: furnace blower not working how it should

first off buy yourself a honeywell stat, in my personal opinion lux stats are garbage, I have run into so many that are bad stats !!! but as far as your fan not shuting down, sounds to me like your fan center on your circuit board is bad and will not shut down the fan when needed, you will have to replace the circuit board, as the fan center is a part of the whole of the circuit board, hope that helps

SOURCE: weatherking furnace is starting and stopping

This just sounds like a couple of problems. First, your blower is designed to only turn on once the heat exchanger heats up, so the flame will be on for a minute or two before the blower starts. it sounds like your blower is cooling down the heat exchanger too fast and causing it to shut off so it can warm up again...check blower speed for heat, it should be the lowest speed (black wire). Blue=medium speed, red= high speed. second problem could be your flame sensor rod is calcified, you just need to locate this and clean it off with some fine sand paper.it is located in the flames near the burners. Also change your filters, for proper air flow through your heat exchanger.

Igniter isnt lighting

IF YOU LOST POWER WHEN FURNACE WAS RUNNING IT TRIPPED ROLLOUT SWITCHES AND POSSIBLY THE HIGH LIMIT . IN CENTER OF ROLLOUT SWITCHES IS A LITTLE RED BUTTON THAT YOU RESET . YOU CAN ALSO TRY FINDING HIGH LIMIT WITH POWER SHUT OFF TO FURNACE PULL BOTH WIRES OFF HIGH LIMIT AND USE PAPER CLIP TO JUMP BETWEEN THE TWO WIRES MAKE SURE YOU DONT SHORT OUT AGAINST ANY METAL WHEN YOU TURN BACK ON IF IT WORKS YOU NEED A NEW HIGH LIMIT SWITCH.

Coleman furnace bgm10016ax 4 blinks

Usually on a metal panel you have to remove to access the board there is an electrical diagram. On the side of that is usually a description of what specific blinking codes mean.

Draft fan keeps on running after furnace shuts

That sounds pretty normal for most furnace/heater products. They run the heating element with fan for a cycle then after the heater reaches temperature it will shut off and the fan will continue to run to cool the element and to circulate the heat that it produced. If you want the manual for this product it looks like you can get it here: http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/ex/product/headline/m/Coleman%2BEvcon/d/furnace/p/DGATO75BDC

Coleman evcon dgat090bdd. New ignitor won't heat up.

Looks like 4 flashes might be high limit fault on this furnace. (I don't have a manual for this furnace, just searched online for the code meaning) Is the unit running flame at all? Is the unit running flame for a while then shutting flame off before desired temp is reached? Does the main air fan turn on to circulate air through your diffusers? Does it feel like the unit has much air flow out of the diffusers if the fan is running? Is your air filter clean? If it is infact your high limit switch, it is usually caused by not having enough airflow through the furnace and overheating occurs.

Hope this helped, let me know if I can assist you further :)
