There will be a micro switch on the hand guard, so make sure the hand guard is pulled fulley back toward the top hanle, now try again.

Have you removed the 4 gearbox screws? the cover should lift off. sometimes if a brush holder has over heated then the two halves get stuck together in places.

First The model is pretty new. you need to register your tool on line. this takes you from a one year warranty to a three year warranty. They will give you a pro-vantage number. with that said it sounds like a trigger switch. Yhe trigger switch is the brain of your tool. not only does it do your variable speed but it also controlls the brake and your fuel gauge. Because of the cost I highly recomend taking it to your closes Bosch service center.

One possibility is that the trigger on your drill has a short in it. When you replaced the brushes did you clean off your commutator? I am assuming that you did. You only need to clean the brush dust off of it and ensure the copper contacts are clean. Your issue is definitely with your drill. I am not sure about Bosch but with some drills you can take apart the trigger and check for contamination. Hope this helps.

Get a voltmeter and check for the output voltage of the charger. Should be greater than 36 volts. Also make sure that the voltage is getting to the battery via connectors. Just be careful around lithium batteries - they can blow up of short circuited!!!!!
