Doesn't want to spin
Hi - Are you certain the error code is L7? This manufacturer does not have any L7 error codes for any washer or other units. I understand that it will not spin either; does the unit make a humming noise? If so, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned, or you have another issue with the door lock assembly or the timer and control board not communicating correctly.

have you checked the pump out of the maachine
the pump may be blocked restricting water flow
if that is ok maybe you need to give the n
machine a hot wash the seals may be draging the spin down

JERRY,
IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU GOT TAKEN ON THIS WASHER. A NEW WASHER NORMALY WORKS, BUT IN SOME INSTANCES, LIKE YOUR CASE, IT COULD BE THE BELT OR THE MOTOR COUPLING. WHAT I WOULD DO IS CALL THE PLACE WHERE YOU GOT YOUR WASHER FROM AND HAVE THEM TO BRING YOU A NEW REPLACEMENT. THERE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINTS ABOUT WASHING MACHINES NOT WORKING RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE NEW. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND ANYBODY ELSE WHO READS THIS WEBSIT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SENSE IN THE STORE SELLING A BRAND NEW WASHER WHEN IT ALREADY LEAKS.

your drain pump or hoses are blocked with foreign material, either coins, hairpins, detergent residue from earlier washings, remove the front lower access panel if provided to access the drain hoses and pump and also check the drain itself, some washers have the access door in the back side of the machine,if the stand pipe in the house is slow to drain it can back up and cause back pressure and the machine will sense this and stop also

Use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose and remove all the water this will unlock the door.then you need to look at the drain pump and look for any obstructions that may be blocking the flow of water or stopping the impellar wheel.
If the unit is washing properly, as far as you can tell, but it won't stop spinning, then I would have a professional look at the control panel and timer to be diagnosed because there seems to be in miscommunication.
