The nF error means that the washer isn't filling properly. Make sure that both the hot and cold water inlets are getting water flow. (You can get all cold water washes by connecting the hot to a second cold water line.) Make sure that you have opened the shut-off valves for both inlets to the washing machine. Check that there is sufficient water pressure on both inlets. You need 20-116 psi (pounds per square inch). Use the Samsung supply hoses. Some flood safe hoses may not work (even if new); when damaged, they can completely restrict the flow of water to the washer.
Take off the hoses. Check the filters both on the shut-off side and just inside the washer and clean then of any foreign objects. This is a good time to double check the water pressure at the shut-off valves (have a bucket under the valves.) Replace the inlet hoses if they are more than 5 years old.
Check that the drain hose is not lower than the water level in the washer. This can trigger suction causing the water to flow into the washer and straight out to the drain.
Make sure that the door of the washer is tightly closed. Then press the Start/Pause button.
If the error continues, the failure could be at the washer's inlet valve, the sensor that checks the weight of the drum + water, or the wiring or wiring harness to either one of these items. The computer control board can also fail to "hear and respond" to the above. If you have water in the drum with the nF error, start checking the sensor. If no water flows into the washer, check the valve first.
I hope this helps.
