U have some technical skills and machanicals skills?If you don't,u better just hire a tv Tech. to do the job or will end up costing u more money,because the tv Tech. don't like to be hire to fix people mistakes and blunders.Go to You Tube video type in Samsung colors wheel replacement.U will have a tutoring video by some one taking out the colors wheel and replacing it.

Look on your Power supply board ,it will be on left hand side,Bad Capacitors 330uf 10v 220uf 10v 1000uf 16v if you see any that are swollen,or Puffed up on Top they are Bad replace them and order you another Lamp, I got Mine on Ebay for $85.00 Look under Electronics

Digital board is defective, very common problem with that model samsung DLP

is better if u replace the optical block cost less money , also it come with new lamp and color wheel and new ballast , all this parts go bad after couple years

order the lamp by calling 1-800-726-7864 (1-800-SAMSUNG) The lamp is on the back left of the TV ..... not too hard to replace

BP94-02084A is the digital board part number for your TV

Yes the digital board is the culprit. I need the complete model number so I can get you the correct part number. On the right hand side of the TV is a sticker with the model/serial and sometimes a version number. Get me all those and I will look up the part number.
