Thats the fixing unit has overheated. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR).
The difference in the readings of the main thermistor and the sub thermistor is 50 deg C for 1 sec or more. (main thermistor reading>/=sub thermistor reading) what you can Check the mounting/soiling of the main thermistor. Replace the main thermistor. Replace the AC driver PCB. Replace the DC controller PCB.

Error code E102-01 for canon ir7095
E102 - A read error has occurred in relation to the laser scanner unit EEPROM data.
theres a good chance that what is needed here is the laser scanner unit has a Beam Detect mirror and sensor and after time gets coated with foreign particles(dust) cleaning these mirrors/sensors will probably allow the unit to work again- this job should only be undertaken by a qualified service personnel, as more damage than good could be caused. if the laser scanner unit appears clean then iut will need replacing.

That means the "Primary Charger" is shorting out. This problem begs for a tech to come out as I can't describe to a layperson how to fix it. You could try this. Go to additional functions, and then select ( I believe it is) Cleaning and Adjustment. Once you have selected this look for "Wire Cleaning". Select it. I can't see the screen in my mind but ....you will need to say yes ....OK......Uh huh... execute.....something like that. This will clean the "wires" which when are very soiled CAN cause this code.

E069 CODE ON IR7095 COPIER
most often I find a bent bearing holder in the fuser causing this, if that is the case you will see the wear marks on the upper roller.i have alsoseen a cracked or broken collar on the fixing roller causing this. I have also had a bad connection on the back of the fuser cause this. and on one instance a pre-transfer corona assy fixed it. most likely it is in the fuser, I have ran into this close to a hundred times and most of them have been in the fuser.

Canon imageRUNNER 7095 copier has the error code E00057a-8003 ..... can you tell me what this means? can we fix it on our end? Let me know as soon as possible because our copier has been down for 3 days....
This Problem occured with a finisher V1/V1L attached to our Canon iR7095.

The staple unit didn'tmove back to it's initial position. After restarting the printer there was a really strange clattering sound coming from the staple unit.

Problem was solved by removing all trapped pages from finisher and copier. Probably you have to restart several times. The system should reset and move the staple unit back to initial position.
