"cycle the circuit breakers" is to turn the switch for the stove at the electric switch box at the main feed of the house electric panel. This is equivalent to unplugging the stove and plugging it back in.

In the old days, a circuit breaker was a "fuse" in the "fuse box"...

Whenever I use the oven and my stove top is on, the stove blows my breaker. I have to reset my breaker in the breaker box and can not use my over.

Depends which breaker is tripping. If it is the micro circuit breaker it would suggest the circuit is overloaded or shorting and if it is the RCD it is likely to mean there is a current/voltage leak to ground and the appliance has a fault.

If you can use the oven OR the stove top but not both together the circuit is clearly overloaded or the MCB is faulty or of the wrong specification...

I can give no more advice without more details.

My whirlpool electric stove keeps beeping it shows f2E0 why is it doing that?

The F2 E0 error means that the control board believes that a key on the touch pad has been held down for an extended period or has shorted. Assuming that no one is holding the buttons, try pressing Cancel to clear the error. If the error recurs promptly, check the wiring harness between the key pad and the control board to make sure that the wires are tightly connected. If the problem continues, you probably need to replace the touch pad (key pad) assembly. On some Whirlpool models, the keypad and the central control board are sold as a single assembly. In that case, you'll need to replace the entire unit.

If you add a comment with the model number of your stove, I may be able to give you the part number for the keypad. I hope this helps.

PF code

Depending on manufacturer and model, PF can mean a number of things. On my stove, PF simply indicates "Power Fail" Yours may, too. You can clear this generally by updating the clock display. To verify that PF does indeed mean power fail for your stove, simply shut off the power for the cicuit than supplies the stove. This can be either circuit breaker or fuses. Turn the power back on after 5 or more seconds and if it displays PF again, you know it means power fail.

Otherwise, please provide the manufacturer and model of you stove for an answer.

Good luck!

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F2-E0 on your kitchen aid means that the keypad is shorted and to resolve this issue you’ll have to replace the electronic range control/clock (ERC). Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Kitchenaid electric range yker1201 with f2e0 error

F2-EO indicatwes a shorted key pad. Electronic parts on ranges sometimes have warranty for five years (may only cover parts) so check your owners manual to see what your warranty is then call for service. It is a good idea to save reciepts of repair for future reference if neccessary.
